Jasper, Tenn., August 5, 2015 – O’Neil Color & Compounding, a leader in color masterbatches and custom compounds for the plastics processing industry, has announced the appointment of Lee Pfaffle to the new position of product manager for its compounding division. Prior to joining O’Neil, Pfaffle was with Owens Corning of Toledo, Ohio, where he directed several functions in their composite solutions business.
Upon Pfaffle’s arrival, O’Neil business unit director Doug Borgsdorf stated that, “Lee will provide O’Neil with the leadership and experience we need as we look to the future. O’Neil is planning significant expansion in both our color and specialty compounding businesses and Lee will play an integral role.”
Pfaffle has over twenty years’ experience in the plastics industry since graduating from The Ohio State University with a degree in chemical engineering. He said, “It’s a great time to be joining O’Neil as we grow the business and provide our customers with a wider spectrum of materials and services.”
